Direct Billing & Payment Policy

We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. Please note that TELUS e-Claims does not permit direct billing when used as secondary insurance. In these cases, payment is required at the time of service, and a detailed receipt will be provided for easy submission.

Some insurance plans may require full payment with self-submission.

Payment Methods:

The clinic only accepts e-transfer and cash for the patient portion.

Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Appointment:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations so we may offer the time to another patient.

Late cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged the full treatment fee and credit card on file will be charge and receipt will be emailed to you as per clinic policy. These fees are not eligible for extended health benefit coverage and cannot be direct billed.

Registered Massage Therapy

Rowena Resuello RMT, RPhT

I am a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). My previous work as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) nurtured my compassion and deepened my desire to help others, ultimately leading me to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).

My passion for learning and curiosity about the human body continue to drive my growth as a therapist. I tailor each treatment to meet individual needs, applying a range of pressures—from light to deep—to address specific anatomical needs and therapeutic goals.

I provide therapeutic massage treatments to assist with rehabilitation and injury prevention, as well as relaxation massage to promote stress reduction and overall well-being. My treatment approach integrates a variety of techniques, including:

  • Hot and Cold Stone Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
  • Joint Mobilization
  • Trigger Point Therapy
  • Muscle Energy Technique (MET)
  • Passive and Active Stretching
  • Swedish Massage

I also believe in the importance of rehabilitation exercises that are practical and tailored to each person’s lifestyle, abilities, and time commitments.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy exploring the connection between mind and body through yoga and meditation. I also love spending time in nature, gardening, and being with my family and friends.
